Tom is a fantastic realtor. He guided me through the process very easily. Tom's knowledge of the Northern Va. area was great. I told him the type of home I wanted and what I could afford. He showed me many houses around the area and was very patient with me. He always stayed within the parameters I gave him and also showed me homes that needed some TLC. Tom found the home I wanted and a mortgage company with great rates. The home needed some cosmetic work and Tom was in there helping with the renovation.

After that great experience with Tom I used him 2 more times to find rental properties. He found the properties for me and helped fix them up again. Tom is definitely a person you can count on for your real estate needs. (less)
